Snow Leopard (Panthera unicia)
Endangered 

A solitary animal, the Snow Leopard weighs between 77 to 120 pounds.  The leopard has been hunted for its beautiful coat that is greyish white with ringed spots on the body and dark spots on the head.  It has a distinctly long tail which it uses for balance and to cover the nose and mouth when huddled from the snow.  Their habitat altitude is between 2000 m. and 6000 m. 

They are native to 12 central and south Asia countries such as: Mongolia, China, Tajikistan, India, Nepal.  their diet includes a variety of mountain goats, deer, boars, rodents and small animals.
